1. Booking and Payment

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a minimum deposit as stated according to the custom plan of the total tour cost.

The balance must be paid in full 60 days before the tour start date.

Payment methods accepted: As per payment gateway

2. Custom Tour Packages
-
Custom tours are tailor-made as per the client’s preferences and agreed itinerary.

Any changes after itinerary approval may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
-
Cancellation must be made in writing.

Cancellation charges:

As per the bookings cancellation charges from flight/bus/train/resorts stay/yacht whichever applicable

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 business days, excluding non-refundable components (e.g. flights, visa fees, etc.).

4. Changes by Client
-
Any changes after confirmation may attract a service fee and supplier penalty.
-
We do not guarantee fulfillment of last-minute modification requests.

5. Changes or Cancellations by the Agency

Amara Trails reserves the right to cancel or change a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.).

In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative date, destination, or a partial/full refund.

6. Travel Insurance
-
Clients are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical, cancellation, and personal liability.

Amara Trails is not responsible for any expenses arising from travel-related risks.

7. Visas and Travel Documents

Clients are responsible for obtaining valid travel documents, including visas and passports.
-
Assistance can be provided but we do not guarantee visa issuance.

8. Health & Safety
-
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they are medically fit to travel.

Clients must comply with all local laws and health regulations.

9. Liability
-
Amara Trails acts as an intermediary between clients and travel service providers.
-
We are not liable for injury, loss, delay, or damage caused by service providers or uncontrollable factors.

10. Force Majeure

No compensation will be offered for changes due to events beyond our control (strikes, war, pandemic, etc.).

11. Behavior and Conduct
-
Unruly or disrespectful behavior towards fellow travelers or guides will result in termination of the tour with no refund.

12. Use of Photos and Videos
-
Photos or videos taken during the tour may be used for marketing purposes unless a written objection is submitted.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws under High Court of Karnataka.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka
